To set up booking, fill out reservation form thoroughly. I will contact you as soon as you're verified. Fill out form as far in advance as possible, need time for verification (if you see I'm in town or the model is coming to town, try to fill out form before I'm or she's there). Provide all references/verification that you have, all of them cuz they all won't respond! It's best to sign up for a verification service anyways even if you do have references cuz by the time your reference responds sometimes time has run out. Deposit may be required. If you just want to get pre-screened/pre-verified, that's a good idea also, fill out reservation form.
